As a retired public school educator with over 25 years of teaching experience, I sought a meaningful career shift—one that would allow me to continue helping others while pursuing personal and professional growth. I found that purpose in massage therapy.

After graduating from Butler County Community College  in the fall of 2023 and obtaining my Pennsylvania State Massage License, I completed one final year in education before officially retiring at the end of the 2023–2024 school year. During that time, I honed my massage skills and techniques and began building a small client base in northern Butler County.

In the summer of 2024, I launched April’s Serenity Massage, LLC, marking the beginning of my journey as a small business owner. Over the past year, I’ve been providing massage therapy out of my home. This summer, I’m thrilled to expand my practice by joining Lisa’s Natural Path in Butler, PA.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I focus on promoting relaxation and relieving stress and pain through therapeutic massage and bodywork. It is a blessing  to use my hands and mind to bring relief and relaxation to those I have the pleasure to work with.  

Client education is at the core of my practice. I offer guidance on techniques such as stretching, dry brushing, how to effectively use a massage gun, and self-cupping to help manage chronic issues between sessions.

I am committed to ongoing education and skill development to ensure each session is as restorative, effective, and personalized as possible.
